Since 2012, Pi~ has been perfecting a thin-crust pizza with a signature crispy-crunch crust — hand-rolled on site, made with 00 flour and our own fermentation process. No shortcuts, no freezer, no heat lamps.

Founded by Peter Michael Busichio, every pizza is hand-rolled on site and cooked to order in our exclusive kamado-style cookers at farmers markets and popup events around St. Augustine. We make every attempt to source locally and use only the highest-quality ingredients — it's pizza that just might change the way you look at pizza forever.
